The service

Snapback provides Snapshots, Diffs and Restore for the CMS content of Webflow sites you connect. Snapback is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Webflow, Inc.

Plans and billing

• The free plan includes on-demand Snapshots, Diffs and exports. Paid plans ($19/$59/$129 per month, billed via Stripe, annual with two months free) add scheduled Snapshots, longer retention, and Restore on Protected Sites. One first Restore per workspace is free.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to connect the Webflow sites you authorize.
• Restore writes content into your CMS. You choose what to restore; review the Diff before restoring and publish restored items deliberately.

Service limits and disclaimers

• Snapshots capture CMS field data and asset URLs, primary locale only; asset files, page designs, and e-commerce data are not captured. Restored deleted items receive new IDs; references to the old ID are reported, not re-linked.
• Snapback depends on the Webflow API and is subject to its availability, rate limits and changes.
• The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Snapback is a safety net, not a guarantee against all data loss.

Termination

You may uninstall and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the Webflow API. Data handling on termination follows the Privacy Policy.
